Councils tender process

Specifications for tenders may be collected at Customer Services at the Civic Centre in Darwin . Any enquiries should be referred to the Contracts and Procurement Manager on phone (08) 8930 0630. 

Tenders should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and marked for the attention of the Contracts and Procurement Manager. Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the contract number clearly marked and must reach Council's offices for placement in the tender box prior to the prescribed closing time.

Any canvassing of elected members in relation to contacts will result in the tender being automatically disqualified.
