Permits are issued at the discretion of Council. Council may grant a permit, refuse to issue a permit; or cancel a permit which as been issued.

Payments can be made in person at the Civic Centre, where EFTPOS facilities are available, or by post, with the completed form enclosed and cheque or credit card details to: Darwin City Council, GPO Box 84, Darwin NT 0801.

Bookings for the use of parks for weddings should be made through the Customer Service Centre on ph: 8930 0595.
