Payment of on-the-spot fines

If you receive an on-the-spot fine, or infringement notice, you are required to pay the full amount within 14 days of that notice being issued. Payments can be made at any Post Office, or in person at the Council's Customer Services Centre in Harry Chan Avenue in the city, or by phone 89300 300
