Cancellation Date	Refund Entitlement
Registration cancelled before 5 pm EST 16 September 2007	Full refund
Registration cancelled after 16 September but before 5 pm EST 23 September 2007	Half refund
Registration cancelled after 5 pm EST 23 September 2007	No refund, however registration may be transferred.
